How do I contact support?
Email davidgrilomdev@gmail.com in English or Spanish. Include device model, Android version, DokuFiles version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive information.
How do I reset progress?
Open DokuFiles Settings and use the reset option, then confirm. You can also clear app data in Android settings. Deletion cannot be undone.
How do I change language or sound?
Settings lets you choose automatic language, Spanish, English, Portuguese or French, and adjust music, volume, dark mode and reduced motion.
Why is a hint unavailable?
Rewarded hints depend on connectivity, consent and ad inventory. If an ad is not loaded, the game continues and you can try later. No hint is consumed if no reward is earned.
How do I change privacy choices?
When Google UMP requires a privacy-options entry point in your region, DokuFiles displays it in Settings. Use it to review or withdraw your choice. You can also manage the advertising identifier in Android settings.
How do I delete my account?
DokuFiles uses no account and there is no remote account to delete. To erase local progress, reset the app, clear its Android data or uninstall it.
When will I receive a reply?
GriloxDev will review support messages within a reasonable time, but immediate or permanent availability is not guaranteed. Include enough detail to avoid unnecessary follow-up.
