DokuFiles Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of DokuFiles and dokufiles.griloxdev.com. By using the app, you accept them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Age
DokuFiles is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you cannot legally accept these terms, use the app only with the authorization and supervision required by local law.
2. License
GriloxDev grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use DokuFiles for private, non-commercial purposes under these terms and store rules.
3. Intellectual property
DokuFiles, its brand, code, cases, writing, characters, illustrations, audio, interface and other assets are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not redistribute or sell them, extract them for another product, remove ownership notices or perform unlawful reverse engineering.
4. Game and progress
The objective is to solve logic case files. Progress is stored locally and may be lost when data is cleared, the device is reset or the app is uninstalled. There is no account or cloud synchronization and no obligation to restore lost progress.
5. Advertising
DokuFiles contains interstitial advertising and optional rewarded ads. A rewarded hint is granted only when the provider confirms completion. Ad availability depends on connectivity, consent, region and inventory and is not guaranteed.
6. No purchases or prizes
The current version offers no in-app purchase, subscription, paid ad removal, gambling or prize with monetary value. Do not pay third parties claiming to sell official DokuFiles progress or advantages.
7. Availability and changes
We may fix errors, change content, add or remove cases, and stop offering a version. Core content works locally, but advertising, consent, updates and external links may require a connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or indefinite compatibility with every device.
8. Liability
DokuFiles is supplied with the level of care required by law and without additional mandatory guarantees. To the maximum extent allowed, GriloxDev is not liable for indirect damages or loss of local progress. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
